Verify installation
Check labels, placement, connections and equipment power. Compare the installation with the design records and document differences before functional testing.
Exercise the scenarios
Test real journeys: arrival, departure, authorized entry, an alert or locating a recording. Agree expected results with the customer and record them. Check behavior without Internet and after power loss within the agreed scope.
Hand over access and records
Hand over relevant plans, equipment references, labels, backups and contact details. Assign accounts to their owners and explain permissions, revocation and maintenance access.
Support everyday operation
Let users operate everyday functions: local controls, scenes, event search and initial troubleshooting. Agree the limits of the service and required follow-up so the installation remains understandable.
